Freight Charges—how much?

Art/Plate Charges.

There is a one time art/plate charge of $400 for each label design. 

Is the overall pricing fair?

1. When you walk into 7-11 you pay $1.19 for inferior water that they pay more for wholesale than you do.
2. For less than the price per piece of a mailer that the customer looks at for only 2.5 seconds on average if they see it all; you can have every customer you give a bottle of water to look at it for minutes as they drink it and they all do!
3. All this and we do all the work for you.

How Do we order?

2. Send us via email either a logo or picture or both on jpg. or illustrator format
3. We will go back and forth with to get your label just right
4. With art approval delivery to your door is @30 days
5. Re-orders in @7-10 days since we will have extra labels in stock for repeat customers.

Re-orders

1. We will set up a contact person with your company.
2. Our computer program will also tell us when you are getting low.
3. Your contact person will also watch that supplies.
4. Between both our computer and your contact person flow will be very smooth.
5. Reorders are delivered within usually @7-10 days.

How Long Until Delivery?

Gaps in delivery

We don’t guarantee that there will be no gaps in delivery. Honestly there is a remote possibility. The good news is that our system makes that very remote. The system that we use works every time as long as both parties are vigilant. That is you and us working together. Our computer system will remind us to call you when your anticipated supplies are low. You will also have a contact person who keeps an eye on the inventory because surprises, special events and seasonal spikes can cause supplies to run low unexpectedly. Between the two of us and the proper inventory in reserve at your location, gaps and surprises can be totally eliminated.

Freight

Freight is per pallet and is shipped by the best trucking company service safety and price-wise in your area. We make many deliveries ourselves but also use trucking companies as needed.

Pricing is usually reduced per pallet the more pallets are delivered at the same time.

Can you deliver to chains?

YES—choose your best option!

Option 1: If you have your own trucking company you can pick up from our docks.

Option 2: If you have your own warehouse service or location we can deliver to them for distribution to your locations as needed.

Option 3: We can deliver a pallet(s) at a time to any location.

What kind of water it is?!

This is natural spring water from the source bottled directly with no additives—it’s perfect! It’s water in it’s purest form directly filtered through granite.

What is your source?

Our source is out of Ramona CA

An underground granite formation exists from Temecula CA down clear into Mexico. There are underground streams that filter perfectly through solid rock. It ‘s some of the best water on the planet.

Are You a Broker?

Yes and No, and in this case that is to your advantage.

We find the best prices on water, bottles, shipping, label printing in the business. We don’t have overhead and we don’t take a large markup. As a result our pricing is some of the best in the country.

We use only one source of water. The best!

How Much will I use?

Jim, the owner will be calling you to go through that with you. He will narrow it down and create a plan with you that includes ordering frequency, contact people, computer reminders and things like that to make sure that there are no service gaps. He can put it all together for you.

ESTIMATE: You can estimate the totals by calculating

1. How many bottles will you use a day (best guess)
2. Multiplied by 365
3. Divide that by: (choose one)
   1. 2016 for 12oz
   2. 1728 for 16.9oz. / .5 Liter
   3. 864 for 1-Liter
4. This equals how many pallets per year you will need
5. Divide by 12 and to see how often to re-order.

How much should I keep on hand?

Reorder when you get down to 1-months supply. Always have twice as much as you need on hand. Re-orders are delivered in 7-10 working days. Deliveries are a pallet at a time.
